Michael J. Kays
Michael Kays has a broad management background. His extensive experience in cultural change, supply chain, operations, and Lean Six Sigma has been demonstrated across multiple industries.

He began his career with Union Carbide Corporation as an Engineer. 
His responsibilities progressed through engineering, production management, and supply management with the Carbon, Linde, and Cryogenics Divisions. He later joined United Technologies Corporation as Global Supply Chain Manager with Carrier Air Conditioning. He introduced United Technologies Carrier to the Toyota Production System and Lean Enterprise techniques. Successive positions with United Technologies included Operations Director, Vice President of Manufacturing, and Business Unit General Manager, with a primary focus on cold-chain technologies. He was featured in the Wall Street Journal and the UTC Annual Report. Michael later joined Carlisle Companies as President of two successive business Divisions. This role included global profit and loss responsibility for a leading supplier of custom design/build equipment for major food and pharmaceutical customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. A key client recruited Michael to Valeant Pharmaceuticals in 2003 as Senior Vice President of Global Supply, leading their manufacturing restructuring and global outsourcing initiatives. He later joined Aptuit, Inc., a Pharmaceutical Research organization, as Executive Vice President of Global Operations Planning, including Client Project Management, Technical Proposals, and Global Procurement.

Michael is a past board
member of the Food Processing Suppliers Association, the ISPE International Leadership Forum, and remains an executive advisor to various academic and business groups.
 
Andrew P. Maddox
As a technology consultant, and principal of Bass Rocks Technology, LLC, Andrew has more than 25 years of experience in education, municipal, non-profit, retail, travel, financial, publishing, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, and textile sectors, as well as audio and video production.

Bass Rocks has enjoyed repeated success in software development, database design, web design and development, and IT services and support. Clients include Lucent Technologies, Verispan Healthcare, Taormina Architects, National Leisure Group, EME International, Open Book Systems, and the municipalities of Rockport and Ipswich, Massachusetts.

 
Charles W. Stock, CxA
Mr. Stock is Senior Vice President and Principal of Integrated Project Services, serving the pharmaceutical and other technically-intensive industries out of their headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. 
 
Mr. Stock offers more than twenty-eight years of process, operations and compliance experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. His direct experience encompasses facility and system design and qualifications as well as process validation and process development.  His operations and compliance experience includes start-up and management in the areas of aseptic processing, blood component processing, in-vitro diagnostics manufacturing, dry power processing, lyophilization processes, cell culture and protein processing.  He has been directly involved in the development of Quality System documents and structure and executed remedial activities for 483s, Warning Letters and Consent Decrees. 
 
As a highly regarded industry expert, Mr. Stock has developed and presented training programs and seminars for cGMPs, validation, project management and master planning to international industry groups and individual companies.  Mr. Stock has been involved as team leader for Expert Consultants in a Consent Decree for the following quality system elements: Engineering Systems, Qualification and Validation, Maintenance, Calibration, Contamination Control, and Technology Transfer. 
 
He earned a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from the University of Miami. 
 
Hollis Thomases
"Client Advocate," independent digital marketing consultant and Internet pioneer, Hollis Thomases founded her original company, Web Ad.vantage, in 1998.

Over the years Hollis has served an impressive client roster of both national and regional clients including Endo Pharmaceuticals, SANYO Biomedical, DAP Products, Inc., UNICEF Canada, and Johns Hopkins University.

Hollis authored the book, Twitter Marketing: An Hour a Day, published in January 2010 by John Wiley & Sons. She has also been a regular columnist for Inc.com ("Digital Entrepreneur") and ClickZ ("Digital Media Planning") as well as a contributing expert to Social Media Marketing Magazine.   Hollis has also appeared on local, regional and national television and radio and in print publications such as Business Week and Advertising Age. She frequently speaks at industry conferences including Search Engine Strategies, Social Media Success Summit, Direct Marketing Association and Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group and for such association events as the Annie E. Casey Foundation Fellows.

Hollis has received multiple awards and recognition. In 2012, she was named to "Maryland's Top 100 Women" list.  In 2009, the University of Baltimore's Merrick School of Business awarded Hollis its Distinguished Entrepreneur for Business Innovation; in 2008, she was named an "Enterprising Woman of the Year;" in 2007, Hollis was the U.S. SBA's "Maryland Small Business Person of the Year." Hollis sits on the Board of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.

Hollis is a graduate of Cornell University. Prior to founding Web Ad.vantage, Hollis had a 10-year career in the food industry.
